It's not exactly half-empty / half-full stuff. It's more, "The glass is half full... but it might not be safe to drink." And considering all the work we've done using Screencastomatic, I'm sure they'd be interested in our feedback. It seems that their intention with the application is ease of use and that should include being able to get hold of your work to download afterwards and more effective functionality of the channels.
