Searching the Ox by h.koppdelaneyA few people know that for several years i’ve been exploring a different kind of meditative practice, known as “Siramarti”. I’ve found it to be very healing, balancing and restorative in many ways. I find the traditional “think about nothing”, or “focus on a candle” styles of meditation don’t work for me, but these guided visualisations are just right. You feel active and involved as you get into some fully conscious problem-solving.

Fundamentally, the visualisations are about: 

  • restoring your energetic balance,
  • getting all the different parts of you into alignment with each other,
  • building up your self-value and self-love, and
  • finding new ways to pursue the dreams of your heart.

All good stuff.

Suzie St George, the brilliant healer at the helm, has put 3 of the introductory visuals in the free trial section: “3 keys to inner peace”. Plus there’s a document giving her perspective on dealing with anger too, which is really worth reading. All via the “Reach Potential” site.
